Good Afternoon, Westview!!! This is Miss DeArmond with an announcement about our Winter Program. We will be having a PreK (4&5 year-olds) through 5th grade program at the Civic in Neosho on December 12th, 2023. We will begin at 6 p.m. Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. and students/parents should enter at that time. We hope you plan to attend. Out students have been working very hard and want to share their music with you. Students may wear any school appropriate attire. Thank you and I hope I'm the first to wish you Merry Christmas!

Parent- Teacher conferences are Monday from 12:30-6 pm. There will be NO MONDAY EAGLE due to conferences.

If you purchased and were unhappy with your Picture Package, please send your Picture Package to school with your student on Retake Day. Your Retake Picture Package will be produced and shipped to the school four weeks after Retake Day. Students who were absent for Picture Day should come to school prepared to have their picture taken. Family Challenge, Week 4 Clue 2....there will be 3 this week. I run around the backyard but never move.

Halloween is fast approaching and we have many things planned on Tuesday! Attached is the note sent home a few weeks ago about the parties, parade, and address any costume questions. Parents are welcome to come to the parties and parades to see all the students dressed up! The concession stand doors will open at 1:50 p.m. Parents will need to go to the gym to watch the parade. Only Westview staff and students will be in the parade. When all classes are back in their room, Mrs. Hailey will announce all classes are back in their rooms and ready to party! We ask that all parents wait for this announcement so that there is not a traffic jam going back to the rooms. Also, there is NO EAGLE on Tuesday so that families have time together!

It's time to order yearbooks! Yearbooks are $15 each if you order before Jan. 15. The price will go up after that. These are completely student created books. Families, I apologize but the App Consultants thought they had the School APP fixed but it is not. They hope to have it completed by the end of the week.

If you are new this year to Westview or you have never downloaded the app, now is the time! The app is now fixed and should be visible in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Just search Westview C-6 School. There is lots of information shared and clues each week for our challenge.
